The Facility

Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company is located on 32 acres in Mountville, Pennsylvania and has plenty of room for expansion. The facility covers 200,000 square feet with over 6,000,000 cubic feet of storage.

Our warehouse features 26 shipping and receiving docks — 5 of which are climate-controlled for frozen and refrigerated merchandise. Two multi-level mezzanine areas, providing an additional 40,000  square feet of storage with integrated conveyor and sortation systems.

 

Quality Assurance

CBW utilizes a number of technologies to make sure our customers get what they order. We use voice pick for order selection. Scanning is utilized for receiving, put-away, loading and cigarette verification. Our video system records the contents of totes and cigarette cases to ensure accuracy and accountability. All cigarettes are shrink wrapped for added security. The use of a computerized temperature monitoring system verifies your merchandise is delivered to your store at the proper temperature. 

Our in-stock level is 98.7% and is monitored by our advanced purchasing system.
