Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company operates on 32 acres in Mountville, Pennsylvania, with ample room for future expansion. Our facility spans 200,000 square feet and features over 6 million cubic feet of storage space to meet our customers’ growing needs.
Our warehouse is designed for efficiency and versatility, featuring 26 shipping and receiving docks, including 5 climate-controlled docks for frozen and refrigerated merchandise. Two multi-level mezzanine areas add 40,000 square feet of additional storage, equipped with integrated conveyor and sortation systems for seamless operations.
To ensure accuracy and reliability, CBW utilizes cutting-edge technologies at every stage:
- Automated ASAR equipment for picking and storage, as well as pick to light technologies to ensure accuracy and quality
- Video and scanning systems for receiving, put-away, picking, transport, loading, and cigarette verification

- Real time Computerized temperature monitoring to verify that your merchandise is maintained and arrives at the correct temperature
- Automated banding equipment to secure all product, during transport and at time of delivery
